Custom Stained Glass Commission Request Form

Tell me what you're envisioning! Include details like subject matter (florals, abstract, nature scenes, etc.), colors you'd like (or want to avoid), where the piece will live (window, wall, shelf), and anything else that helps paint the picture. If it’s a gift or memorial, feel free to share the story behind it.
How big should this piece be? (Rough measurements are fine!). For example: 5x7” for a small hanging suncatcher | | 12x12” for a square window panel | “Fits in a kitchen window” or “about the size of a laptop” also works! If you're unsure, just describe the space where it will go.
Custom stained glass is priced based on size, complexity, and materials. Sharing your budget helps us design within your range. I’ll always be transparent about what’s possible for your price point. Common ranges include: $100–200 (small/simple) | $200–500 (medium/detailed) | $500+ (large/intricate or multi-piece)
Do you have a deadline? Let me know if this is for a specific date (birthday, wedding, holiday, etc.) or if you're flexible. Typical turnaround time is 3–6 weeks, but I’ll do my best to meet your needs.
Upload any sketches, reference photos, color palettes, or vibes that inspire your piece. These can be your own drawings, a photo of the room it’s going in, or even other stained glass you like. Anything visual helps!

    Notes on Custom Work

    • Once you submit your request, you’ll hear back within 2–3 business days to confirm details, timeline, and pricing.
    • All pieces are made using the Tiffany method with hand-cut glass, copper foil, and lead solder.
    • Custom orders are final and non-refundable.
    • If you’re on a tight timeline, just let me know—I’ll do my best to accommodate!
